How it works
1. Choose your phone model and place your order.
2. Within 24 hours, we’ll email you a Personal Design Brief.
3. Share your phone model, preferred finish, photos, text, inspiration and special requests.
4. We send your first design proof within 3 working days of receiving your completed brief.
5. You receive two rounds of refinements, then approve your final design before we begin production.

Need a model we don’t list?
Select “My model isn’t listed — please check compatibility.” We’ll review it with you before production. If we cannot make your requested model or design, you can choose an alternative or receive a full refund before production.
