When you place an order, payment is processed by our payment providers. We do not directly store complete card details.

We use your information to process and deliver orders, create and refine custom designs, provide customer support, communicate about your order, prevent fraud, improve our services and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Where required, we will ask for your consent before sending marketing communications or using non-essential cookies. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Sharing and international processing

We may share relevant information with Shopify, payment providers, delivery and logistics partners, and our Shenzhen-based design, customer care and production support team where necessary to provide our services.

Shopify services and privacy choices

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information about visits and purchases and combines it with information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including personalisation, analytics and advertising. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for this store. Information is shared with Shopify and relevant service providers, which may operate outside your country.

How long we keep information

We generally retain design files, photographs and other custom-design materials for 90 days after an order is completed. We may retain order, transaction and communication records for longer where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of your personal information, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent and to request a copy of your information.
