These Terms of Service apply when you use the Blepper website or place an order with us.

About Blepper

Blepper is operated by Blepper Lifestyle Limited, Room 802, 8/F, On Tin Centre, 1 Sheung Hei Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Company Registration No. 81128603.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Prices, product availability and delivery options may change from time to time. Payment must be received before we begin work on your order.

Custom design process

Blepper personalised phone cases are made to order. Once we receive your complete design brief, we aim to send your first design proof within 3 working days.

Our Mirror, Soft-Touch and Gilded Glow personalised pet cases include one round of refinements. Blepper Bespoke Design includes two rounds of refinements. Production begins only after you approve the final design and usually takes up to 4 working days.

If a requested design, material or phone model is not feasible, we will contact you to discuss alternatives. If we cannot proceed before production begins, we will offer an appropriate cancellation or refund.

Shopify platform

Shopify hosts our store and processes visit and purchase data, including alongside activity with other merchants and Shopify, to provide enhanced services. We share relevant data with Shopify and service providers in other countries. See our Privacy Policy for details and your choices.

Your content

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any photographs, artwork, text, names, logos or other materials you submit to us.

You give Blepper permission to use these materials only as needed to create, produce and deliver your order. We may refuse requests that are unlawful, infringing, offensive or otherwise unsuitable.

Personalised products

Because personalised items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or refunds for a change of mind once the final design has been approved. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or significantly different from the approved design.

Non-personalised accessories

Phone charm straps do not require a design proof or approval. UK consumers have cancellation and return rights for these non-personalised items as explained in our Refund Policy.

Product appearance

Colours, finishes and materials may appear slightly different in real life due to screen settings, lighting and the handmade or customised nature of the product.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, carrier delays or other events outside our reasonable control. Please see our Shipping Policy for current delivery information.

Intellectual property

All Blepper branding, website content, product concepts and designs created by us remain our intellectual property unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Showcasing finished work

We will only feature a completed custom product, design or customer image on our website or social media where you have given us permission to do so.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
