Every Blepper piece starts with something personal: a favourite photo, a pet, a memory, a message or an idea that means something to you.
1. Choose your style
Choose your preferred case style and select your phone model. If your model is not listed, choose our Bespoke Design Phone Case and enter your exact model. For unusual models or special materials, check with us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.
2. Make it yours, then place your order
Complete the “Make it yours” form on the product page before adding your case to the basket. For a pet case, upload 1–3 clear photos of your pet. You can also add names, wording, style preferences and any details you would like us to include.
For a Bespoke design, tell us about your idea and attach up to 3 reference images if you have them. Your description is enough to start the conversation if you do not have images yet.
Your brief and images are saved with your order, so there is no need to email them again. For different designs, personalise and add each case separately; a quantity above 1 means copies of the same design.
3. Receive your design proof
Once we receive your complete brief, we aim to send your first design proof within 3 working days. Please use an email address you check regularly at checkout. We will email you there with your proof or any follow-up questions.
4. Refine and approve
Use the refinements included with your chosen case, as described on its product page. We will make the agreed changes, then wait for your final approval before production begins.
5. Made especially for you
After approval, your case is made to order. Production usually takes up to 4 working days, followed by tracked UK delivery. See our Shipping Policy for delivery details.
A little note
The clearer your photos and ideas, the better we can make your design feel like yours. Choose well-lit originals without heavy filters and check all names, wording and phone-model details carefully.
