Shipping Policy

Blepper orders are dispatched from Shenzhen, China. Our personalised phone cases are made to order.

Design and production

Once we receive your complete design brief, we aim to send your first design proof within 3 working days. Our Mirror, Soft-Touch and Gilded Glow personalised pet cases include one round of refinements. Blepper Bespoke Design includes two rounds of refinements. Production begins only after you approve the final design and usually takes up to 4 working days.

Non-personalised accessories

Phone charm straps do not require a design proof or approval. The design and refinement stages above apply only to personalised cases. Contact support@blepper.co.uk before ordering if you need an item for a particular date.

UK delivery

UK Standard Tracked Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend. Estimated delivery is 7–15 working days after dispatch. This does not include design, revision, approval or production time.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

China delivery

China Standard Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days after dispatch. This does not include design, revision, approval or production time. Remote areas may take longer.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking information once your order has been handed to our delivery partner.

International delivery

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and mainland China only. Other destinations, including continental Europe, are not yet available. We do not currently offer expedited shipping. We will update this policy when additional destinations or services become available.
