Personalised phone cases

Each Blepper case is made especially for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or refunds for a change of mind once your final design has been approved. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Non-personalised accessories: UK cancellations

For phone charm straps and other non-personalised items bought online, you may cancel without giving a reason. Tell us at support@blepper.co.uk within 14 days after delivery, then send the goods back within 14 days of your cancellation notice. You may also cancel before delivery.

Contact us for return instructions. You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. We refund the returned goods and, when you cancel the whole order, any standard outbound delivery charge. We do not charge a restocking fee. We may deduct loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. If nothing was dispatched, we refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or significantly different from your approved design, please contact support@blepper.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs or video. Sending this information within 7 days of delivery helps us resolve the issue quickly, but does not affect your statutory rights.

For approved quality-related claims, you may choose either a replacement or a refund. In most cases, we will not ask you to return a personalised item; please do not send anything back unless we specifically request it.

If a return is required because of our error, we will cover reasonable return postage. Approved quality-related refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or confirming that a return is not required. This does not extend any shorter refund deadline required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
