How it works

  1. Choose your phone model from the options above.
  2. Tell us about your idea, preferred finish, wording, inspiration and any special requests. You can attach up to 3 reference images. No image yet? Describe your idea instead.
  3. Add your personalised case to the basket and place your order. Your brief and images are saved with your order, so you do not need to email them again.
  4. We review your brief and send your first design proof within 3 working days of receiving all the details we need. We will email you if we need to clarify anything.
  5. You receive two rounds of refinements, then approve your final design before we begin production.

Need a model we don’t list?

Select “My model isn’t listed — please check compatibility” and include your exact phone model in “Your design idea”. For unusual models or special materials, we recommend contacting support@blepper.co.uk before ordering. We’ll review compatibility with you before production. If we cannot make your requested model or design, you can choose an alternative or receive a full refund before production.

Design, production and delivery

Your first design proof is sent within 3 working days of receiving your complete brief. Production starts only after your final approval and usually takes up to 4 working days.

Free tracked UK delivery is estimated at 7–15 working days after dispatch from Shenzhen, China. Design, refinements and approval time are additional to shipping time. If you need your case for a specific date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility. See our Shipping Policy.
